Payless power turned off my power for 38 cents! During this time???!!! So much for customer loyalty!!!

If you contact us at 888 963 9363 we have several options to quickly restore your service. As a Texas based family owned and operated business, Payless Power takes its relationship with our customers seriously. That’s is why we offer same day account protections and deferred payment plans to assist customers who are struggling to pay their bills. We also do not chare disconnection or reconnection fees and you can get reconnected usually within an hour for as little as $20 pre-payment. No customer who is unable to pay the morning they are due for disconnection has to be disconnected as long as they contact us. We have options. Also , if you have recently lost employment due to the Covid-19 situation there is a State program designed to assist you with your electricity account.
