Response: Thank you Saul for your feedback. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. Published on April 16, 2018
They are money snatchers. Don’t go with them. As required i have to active for 30 days in order to receive promotional credit and i did stay active for more than 30 days and receive credit but when I disconnect their service. They arseholes charge me with reversal promotional credit. So they took back my credit. Please don’t go with them. They don’t deserve 1 start as well.

Like that i can make payments but rates are way higher than what i was paying with other companies such as reliant, txu. Its a bit of rip off but again i like the fact that when u fall on hard times you can make payments to keep lights on

I will be switching this weekend. When I live alone in a one bedroom, my bill averages $60-$70 tops. With your company, I am paying that within two weeks and I am very conservative with electricity. I don’t even have many appliances and I’m getting charges of $8-$10 for one day. It’s a rip off. I wouldn’t recommend, especially not for long-term use.
