At first the bill came out pretty good but than yall starting charging more and more for light that we barely even use im not satisfied with the past bills

I was satisfied with my service until they charged me $251.92 “they said they under charged me from march to april, an that oncor comes out an does an estimated meter reading for the month” but i thought it was a prepaid service i kept $35 an up in my account every week..never knew i get a reading every month. I have lost a lot.” then 2 oncor workers come to my house to turn my power off an say “we just come out to make sure the meter is running we have nothing to do with reading or payments”

I was really skeptical at first, but after being with them there rates are cheap very friendly costumer service and when you have questions they are really helpful I will definitely use them in the future

While your company offers better tracking of daily use, it does not offer reasonable per kwh rates. Even keeping my balance above the 35.00 limit I am charged 11.5 per kwh. When i started with your company, the per kwh was lower than most companies were offering. But steadily increasing over the two years i have been with your company. Raising prices on loyal customers is not the way to keep them. Since its basically 10.00 per day for eletricity I will be examining my options with other companies. I dont see myself staying loyal to a company who consistently raises my rates.

If you’re looking for affordable electric service Payless Power is your best bet! It is very affordable and I’m super happy that my electric bills are non existent because of the prepaid service I have with Payless Power!
