I like how easy this is. And I’ve had yall for 5 years. It wasn’t always this easy!! I’ve had very VERY few problems and the ones I had effected more than me.

I have had a huge problem contacting customer service in the past. It seems a phone number for them appears to be difficult to find if one needs immediate service. I miss the daily amount of money used on top of the kiliwattage used. Made tracking how much I’m using easier. Because one doesn’t reference the amount their using by kilowatt because it doesn’t immediately translate to money immediately for the average person. I used to know right away how many days I had left by the amount of money i had been using daily and my balance. This way I could plan accordingly.
