I do not recomend payless power reason is they will charge you what ever they feel like on any giving day. Some days I pay .11 per klw other days I will pay .12 per klw .18 per klw even .20 per klw!!! Example yesterday it was .12 per klw today its .20 per klw!!! Go figure

You can also audit these reading daily by viewing your usage on www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month.
