Not a happy customer. I was told 4 to 6 hours for electric to be turned on so handed keys to my old house to landlord and we brought everything to new house thinking it would be on last night but no its now 150 am and no electric i have 400 bucks worth of groceries going bad. I have kids that are burning up with this heat not cool. If its going to be another day when electric is turned on just tell me so we can avoid over thinking. But where i come from when ya say something you do it, same day power is what i was told and here i am sweating like a HOG in the middle of the night. Reps need more training and people should do their jobs the rite way.
