Decent for prepaid, seems to price jump after a short while.

We do offer the Flex Pay deal if the customer keeps the account above $35.00 they get 20% off the price per kilowatt. We also offer a discount to all customers who use 17 kilowatts per day or more! I wish i understood my usage more. Sometimes just doesnt make any sense! I can go one day using 25 kwh to 58 kwh doesnt make any sense!!!

The constant negative communication and threats of disconnect fee even when the account is positive … it’s stressful daily connection and I don’t enjoy it
