Rates are too high
Shannon H.
Published on April 03, 2018
Response: Shannon- Thank you for your business. Keep in mind that our rates are bundled which means that we do not separate out the energy charges from the transmission charges. many competitors use this tactic which makes their rates look cheaper than they really are. We also offer the 20% Flexpay discount . Just maintain your balance above $35 and you can earn this every day ! Published on April 03, 2018
Fairly expensive compared to similar prepaid electric companies

Response: Hi James- Thank you for being our customer and taking the time to give your feedback. There are 2 things to keep in mind regarding Payless Power. The first is the Flexpay discount. You can save 20% simply by maintaining your balance above $35. We also bundle our rates. This means that we do not advertise rates with the transmission and delivery fees separated out. When you factor these things in Payless Power is actually cheaper than most pre-paid providers :) Published on April 03, 2018

Payments are easy. I had a few issues last year with adjustments (that the company made involuntarily), but we’re back on track.
