They start out by being a great service but as you go on the prepaid account the rates are outrageous, the amount you out on does not last very long I pay three times as much as I would have ever spent with a monthly statement doing prepaid and have to spend 100 dollars to end my contract with them! I would give 0 stars but that’s not a option very angry and frustrated with them at this point!

Response: Hello- You’re comments state that you were satisfied with Payless Power at first but as time goes on it feels like you are paying more and more and that you have paid 3X as much as you would have with a monthly bill. This is very frustrating and you are very angry. Let me say that it’s a very big deal if a customer does not understand their charges and an even bigger deal if they think they are being billed unfairly. Because of that it is very understandable for you to feel the way you do. After reviewing your account I can immediately see what part o f the issue is. You are on an Autopay and Save account but your autopayment attempts have not been successfully processed. This adds a .99 charge to your account each day. You also signed up for a deferred payment plan a while back and this is paid back by deducting and extra $1 per day from the account. Once you repay your DPP and if you fix your autopay issue that will reduce your daily charges by around 30%. The other factor that causes your charges to fluctuate is your usage. Your rate is locked in and has not increased and the plan you selected is our lowest rate and one of the lower ones available from any company presently. I will have a supervisor reach out you to discuss your options and ways to regulate your cost. Please understand that your usage would be the same regardless of your provider choice and your rate is fixed. If you would like to switch from the Autopay plan we can discuss. 888 963 9363.
