I like the convenience of prepaid but I know that the kWh fluctuate toooooo much especially when I only have certain things plugged up, and I deliberately do not use certain appliances or lights. It’s unreasonable for me to fluctuate from 11 kWh to 80 something kWh. That’s way too wide of a range.

The only thing I see wrong I tested my theory I unplugged all and used no heater cold weather and bill still jumped up $4. To $5. dollars. I find that unjust.

Was quick and easy to get set up at first rates where fair and app easy to use . But with time rate increased dramatically and odd recurring and non recurring fees started popping up and one time fees that keep repeating . If it’s one time why is it actually recurring? Other then that easy to use and not much of a extension window. Only 20 bucks witch is about a day maybe 2. I would still recommend it to my friends
