Very bad. Nobody answer the call. Minimum payment, and fee charge for each payment. You have to pay a lot of extra.

Response: Hello and thank you for your comments. You’ve stated that you are unhappy due to wait times as well as the minimum usage fee. There are understandable concerns .Please note that after reviewing your account we do see that could save money by enrolling in a fixed rate product which comes with a cheaper rate . You can also make smaller payments and avoid the minimum usage fee by enrolling in autopay. Please call us at 888 963 9363 for more details. Published on July 27, 2022
You turned my lights off as soon as I paid the bill and my account was still positive.

Response: Hello- Your review states that you made a payment but your power was disconnected anyway even though you had a positive balance. This is something that would concern anyone . A review of your account shows that the disconnection was submitted before the payment posted and was completed right at that time. A reconnection was immediately generated and completed about an hour later. A supervisor will call you to learn more about your experience and to go over the sequence of events. Thank you for your patience. 888 963 9363. Published on July 27, 2022
