This company sucks then they put a meter hold on to **** you over more i do not recommend this company to even my worst enemy

Response: Hi Juan, and thank you for contacting us. Your comments state that you are upset because a switch-hold is in place on your account. Please note that a switch-hold can only be placed on an account if the customer requests and accepts a deferred payment plan. A deferred payment plan or DPP, allows customers with a past due balance to repay it in manageable installments instead of having to pay the full amount to reconnect service.  It will then be released upon the repayment of the deferred balance. A deferred payment plan can also be paid off early and Payless Power will never charge a penalty for doing so.   If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at 1-888-963-9363 Published on January 16, 2025

Way to expensive, it’s great babying electricity. The price is ridiculous though.

You shut my power off over 35$ then made me pay 55$ to reconnect plus wait 2 hours this is ridiculous

Response: Hi Robert, and thank you for reaching out to us. We know that being without power is stressful, especially for extended periods of time. While it's unfortunate you were disconnected, an account with a below $0 balance is at risk of disconnection at 12:00pm Noon if action is not taken or payment is not made. We recommend making sure to make payments or request for assistance options before that time to prevent future disconnects, and always make sure your balance remains positive. We also cannot control how fast services are reconnected, as it is dependent on the workload of your Transmission and Distribution Provider.
