Fast service ok customer set everything ok aside if cutting my bill off for 3 dollars

We do send daily messages advising balance and also recommend applying an extension if needed before noon to prevent disconnection. Process is straight forward. I signed up for autopsy, but my account didn’t automatically recharge.
