Im not Im not understanding what y’all are doing, I was given $20 towards my negative bill and paid the $20 back in a day or two and was told even though I paid back my account is on hold because I didn’t call in and tell y’all that Im paying the $20 I don’t think it’s right and now I have to get my lights disconnected because I’m not allowed an $20 extension even though I paid it back

I’m a 21 year old student who works full time while getting my degree. I pay my own expensive rent leaving me nothing for other bills. I recently deposited $200 into my account when I got my check and of course 7 days later they have taken $140 from my balance because apparently there was a “GLITCH in THEIR SYSTEM….” And I guess I’m suppose to deal with it and believe it’s going to update and change to charge me how it’s supposed to? Just got off a call with an employee, asked to speak to a manger, got put on hold for 15 mins until i finally hung up. There was 0 people in line for calls in head of me loll…. Week long customer about to drop this shitty company before they rob me blind

Meaning the days were we did not get your full billing had to be caught up. The two days you see with billing above $25 3/12 and 3/15 the system was catching up billing due to us not getting the correct information before from Texas New Mexico, looking at your billing for the last few days, it does look like this will be evening out, and fully correcting itself. Pay less never discussed termination fee I was told I can change plan but I have to pay $40 or switch hold also i closed my account and they waited to charge my card a month later of $119 I would not suggest this prepaid to anyone I mean it’s prepaid. There are better-prepaid who will help you with Deferred payment and who is fair.

This service is a scam, they charge you a $3 daily fee for your first 17kwh completely ignoring the rate you agreed upon.
Response: Mr. Wilson- You comments state that you feel Payless Power is a scam because you are charged $3.00 per day for your first 17 KWH which is not the rate you agreed upon. Its not a good thing to feel you are not being billed by the terms as you understand them . Our service works in the following manner. You are charged a daily fee (in your area this fee is $2.84 + tax) and this includes the first 17 KWH at no extra charge . If you use over 17KWH your fixed rate kicks in. This is great for slightly below average to very high energy consumers. If you very little power , it may not be the best fit for you. A supervisor is reaching out to you to answer your questions and since your complaint falls within your rescission period you can still switch without an early termination fee. Horrible company to go with I’ve sent two messages for someone to contact me an no one has done so yet. I keep trying to log into my account and it keeps saying it doesn’t have an account with my info but when I put in my info to add money it finds my account with no problem. This system is very fucked up an this company needs to be shut down for their poor performance.

I have never spent so much money on a prepaid light company in my life I have spent over 100$ In a week. I had a switch hold on my account I paid it off and the hold is still on my account. I can’t even switch companies do to the lack of y’all doing your job. I’m soo upset I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a fraud I was with them for over 2 yes and never paid over $4/daily for service so because of the quote on quote Winter Freeze we has my bill jumped to $21+/daily. Find you another electric company to service you because you do not want PayMore Power to service you!
