Didnt give 5 stars because bo access to m o nthly usage statements unless you call wait time always long

If you don't receive this monthly statement you can always call in. Thought we have experienced a high call volume in the cold winter months, as of now our call volume has drastically drooped. Pretty good so far. I put $50 dollars on my account and it lasted 2 weeks w/ air conditioner running constantly so its not to bad

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
