I started out using this company because it was easy to set up on my new home and expenses had me tight on cash. Things are much better now financially but the awesome customer service, ease of payments, electric bill money saving tips, and transparency has kept me a customer and not wanting to change to any of the traditional companies. Thank you Payless Power! Y’all truly do care!

These guys are crooks they continue to bill me after I canceled service and won’t delete my card info
Response: Mr Clinton- You comments state that payless power bills you after you cancelled your service and that our company will not delete your credit card from your account. Having such an understanding would upset anyone and is a serious issue . After reviewing your, account I do see that your credit card was in fact deleted today . I also see that after receive your request to cancel service 10 days ago you were not charged for any additional usage, taxes or fees. You did receive one additional charge for a few cents from underbilled usage from before you cancelled service but then received a credit back for more than that amount this week. I will have a supervisor reach out to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the notifications because they can potentially be confusing. U guys charge a lot

I have reviewed your last couple of days of service and definitely see a significant change in your usage that would lead you to that conclusion. Horrible service they don’t try and help out in any kind of way they say about the rental and utilities program I’ve had my lights turned off even when I had the money to pay the amount due but because I was paying with a debit cards would have to pay more money that I didn’t have it’s redicilous
Response: Ms Terrazas. You review comments state that Payless Power customer service offer no options for you and that you were disconnected because our system has a minimum payment allowed of $20. That’s not a good thing and we would like to learn more. I have tried to access your account using you name and email address and while I do find an account , it was never activated with Payless Power.
