I feel that my rate is significantly higher than what my contract states. I don’t understand why I pay so much for the small amount of wattage that I use.

Customers can always review their current plan on the Electricity Facts Label via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com This document will show you the details of your current plan, including price per kWh used, as well as the daily charge and any Early Termination Fees. Our 6 and 12-month plans are fixed rate, meaning your charge per kWh from Payless Power does not change. Keep in mind that for you can also see a breakdown of your billing via the My Account Portal, which lists any charges you received for your daily billing.
