Don’t like the fact next day is gone went from using $7 a day to 13 for some reason and cannot talk to a customer service representative when you call

Customers are billed based on the amount of electricity they consume, and if more is used they may see a larger charge. Customers will typically consumer more electricity during the summer and winter times with the usage of air and heating units for their respective seasons. You can always review your billing via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com as it will break down what charges you receive on each of your bills.
