Fairly expensive compared to similar prepaid electric companies
Response: Hi James- Thank you for being our customer and taking the time to give your feedback. There are 2 things to keep in mind regarding Payless Power. The first is the Flexpay discount. You can save 20% simply by maintaining your balance above $35. We also bundle our rates. This means that we do not advertise rates with the transmission and delivery fees separated out. I’ve had several power companies over the years, and I always keep coming back to Payless power. They don’t hide fees, and are very nice when you have to call in. Love Payless power!!
