I really enjoy the 20% off for keeping $35+. I was extra ecstatic to receive the free $50 after 30 days. That alone is enough for me to stay with Payless Power. Not to mention, making payments is very easy.

They charge WAY too much for “Pay as you go” I haven’t been home in two day and some how have used $40 worth of energy?! Total rip off.
Response: Good afternoon Courtney, Thank you so much for your feedback. It's greatly appreciated. Payless Power does offer ways to save on saving on your usage. It's called the Flex Pay discount. With this you will receive 20% off your usage when the balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way to receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. If you log on to the customer account portal you will be able to see detailed information on your charges. If you have any questions please reach out to our customer care dept. at 888-963-9363. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
