I feel like the daily cost has increased since the new system.

The fees are too high, but I cannot afford a down payment to another company currently. When I am able to, I will change. It should be illegal to have this high of a bill each month.

the previous program showed me the about of money used, the new program only gives the kilowatts.
Response: Hi Schynette, Thank you for providing your review. Yes our text messages do not show dollar amount,however on the online portal does have the option in viewing your Transaction History. Just click on the account tab, transaction history should appear, once the dates are displayed on the screen to view it in detail to see what exactly the charges were for. Now the transaction history only shows for the past 30 days if you would like a statement for all charges your are more than welcome to call in to our customer care dept. 888-963-9363 to request this statement. My rates have gone up since we first switched over to this company. But still not to bad. I’m still looking for a good company with cheaper rates
