Worst service ever. No customer service after 5 is ridiculous for working customers.

We understand how vital it is for our customers to get assistance with their services when they need it most, and how frustrating it can be when a live representative is not available over the phone. Please keep in mind that we have 24/7 automated assistance for making payments, setting payment arrangements and so on available through the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com or through our automated phone system. We provide after hours email support, which is available until 9PM Monday through Friday. It is also available from 9AM through 5PM on Saturday, and from 11AM to 8PM on Sunday.
