I like the old way you gave three day extensions. The new way isn’t customer friendly and it IS a competitive market!????

We haven't offered the 3 day account protections since over 2 years to help customers not get into a high negative balance were it became difficult to make payments. With our new system we do give you till the next day to make a payment before 10AM or we also offer Deferred Payment Plans if you aren't able to make a payment. Easy to keep track of your balance they do all the work for you and send a text message daily. Paying is easy enough as well, price is really cheap I would definitely recommend to anyone that thinks their bill is to high.
