Okay so I’ve only had this Payless Power stuff for 3 months I guess… But so far this is the best power company I ever dealt with. I’m not sure if it’s the cheapest electric company but it certainly is the best as far as knowing how much you’re using and how much you need…. sends me daily texts and really breaks it down for us idiots.

The payment process was very easy and I highly recommend having/getting Paypal as an option to customers to pay their bills. I also would like to say that your automated extension was easier than me having to call and talk to someone every time. I personally think the company is improving but there is still work that could be done to make things better for the customer.
