Bill pay is easy, fast. I like that you have extensions if needed but the rates are high and unpredictable. I get charged based on what yall think I’ve used and not how much I actually used.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. We will be happy to go over this issue with you to independently confirm it with you.
