Ridiculously expensive because I’m rarely home, dont use a washer, dryer, refrigerator, or dishwasher. I don’t even have water hooked up to the house and I’m getting charged over $6 a day. Complete ripoff

Super easy process. I love the daily update of current balance sent to my phone and warnings when it is getting low. Great service.

I absolutely love how easy it is to pay, and keep up with how much is in my account. Never found a power company with such an easy process. I would definitely tell everyone to make the switch.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
