Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Ridiculously expensive because I’m rarely home, dont use a washer, dryer, refrigerator, or dishwasher. I don’t even have water hooked up to the house and I’m getting charged over $6 a day. Complete ripoff
