tHEY CHARGE NON-REOCCURRING FEES DAILY. TODAY MY FEES ARE AT 4.50, THATS AFTER PAYING A FEE TO LOAD MONEY ON YOUR ACCOUNT. HORRIBLE BILLING.

Service/pricing is decent. The customer service, though is complete garbage. Not being able to speak to someone about account issues unless outside of 9am-5pm is mind blowing. Then it takes speaking to three different agents to actually get an issue resolved.

You can reach out to a live representative by calling in to 1-888-963-9363 during business hours, which are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM through 5PM.
