Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. We just launched auto-pay savings, when you signup for auto-pay you will receive a daily credit of $0.33.
