I have been a customer since 2016. My light usage per day was $2-$3 a day. Now I am being charged $11-$12 a day and I use the same amount of electricity???? ((STAY AWAY))

I love how I get daily alerts of my balance right at my fingertips via text. It keeps me on my toes since I’m always on my phone. I love how the link is always available and takes me straight to my account. Easy to log in and easy to pay.

Was not informed about the daily fee

By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Payless Power does offer a discount to lower the daily fee when more than 17 kwh are consumed. After reviewing you account your only consuming less than 17 kwh, so you're currently not receiving that discount. By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Playless Power does offer other ways on saving when 17 kwh or more are consumed you'll receive a discount off the daily fee. Signing up for auto-pay will give you a daily credit of $0.33, that has benefits of always receiving 20% discount& never being disconnected. ???? Published on June 06, 2018
