Bad customer service no help at all this company is too expensive even if you put more than required minimum and there website they mentioned no hidden fees I consider the 4.95 a hidden fee just cause you don’t do 75.00 or another hidden fee is the recurring payment fee of 3.80 they charge you a day plus the taxes just look at ya statement and it we be there my experience with them is bad I sometimes can’t pay due to work they still disconnect the power and the hassle I have to deal when I get out they don’t care about you all they want is money their excuse is the high cost of living like they don’t make enough with all them fees they charge we be changing providers once I find one Trash company and customer support and their management is trash

I am being charged almost 13$ a day one day we had a black out and I was still charged as soon as I pay this little $20 they let me use I’m switching this is extremely to expensive 21cent a kw nope that’s for the birds

It’s understandable to hear why you feel this way. Wholesale energy prices have been up across the board which is affecting all electric providers and any customer looking to start service with a new provider . If a customer is under a contract it may make sense to take advantage of the locked in rate as electricity prices having been increasing steadily . On August 11, I was charged $14 for 132 kwh. On August 19, I was charged $31 for 134 kwh. Everyday since August 19, , Ive been charged more than double for the same amount of KWH, used any day before Aug 19. I would really like someone with Payless Power to respond to my emails, and fix this. Yesterday $40 Auto pay was pulled. Today, I get a notification that my balance is $13. $27 for electricity for 1 day. Tomarrow, our credits are depleted, and we will be without electricity, because I have gone broke because of all the insane charges, and no one will respond!

We have much less expensive offers available if you renew your contract. A supervisor will try to reach you again today. Worst customer service no help at all I ask for extension I be able to make a payment in the afternoon due to work I can’t leave during lunch they said no denied these people don’t care about their customer disconnect power on a hot day with kids at home ridiculous not only that all the fees that you have to pay if you don’t pay the 75 I’m be glad once I switch provider once they remove my switch hold ya should changes ya name instead of payless power Paymore Power
Response: Mr Montemayor - Prepaid service can be challenging when you are struggling to keep up with your charges and its very easy to think that “this company never helps me” when in fact we help frequently… including just yesterday. Yall Customer service really sucks an so does yall service I’m looking for a new provider as I write this now
Response: Mr. Grady- Your comments state that you are unhappy with the service and are looking for another provider. I was able to pull up you account and see that you called in on Saturday because you had made a cash payment that was below the minimum to trigger a reconnection of your service. Please note that a disconnection order had been sent an hour prior to the point your payment had posted and to trigger a reconnection you must get your balance to at least $20.00 positive. These requests are all handled automatically so if the reconnection threshold is not met then the system does not generate the order. I do see that when you made the additional payment the following morning, the reconnection order was generated and your service restored in less than 1 hour. Published on September 12, 2022
