Lo que no entiendo es como si salí de viaje por 5 días tuve que seguir pagando como si estuvier a consumiendo electricidad. Por lo demás todo bien

Small things like being able to get an extension until 4:30 or 5:00 pm instead of 11am and customer service appearing to want to help if u where -.36 short, even if they had exhausted all avenues, has made us continue to stay with you guys, but something seems to have changed.
