They charge WAY too much for “Pay as you go” I haven’t been home in two day and some how have used $40 worth of energy?! Total rip off.

With this you will receive 20% off your usage when the balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way to receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. If you log on to the customer account portal you will be able to see detailed information on your charges. If you have any questions please reach out to our customer care dept. at 888-963-9363. Reliable service. Average daily cost is low. Easy to submit payments. Love the daily text that let’s me know my usage and balance. We ve been with this company for over 3 years.
