It’s ok and easy to go to and get your services turned on quickly. It is however expensive!! Like I’m have to make frequent payment less than a week of lucky a week. Kind of hard for me because I get paid every 2 weeks. We try really hard to minimize our electricity at our house. To wear we don’t even have the ac/heater on because it’s too expensive. But other than that I alive the constant communication. They send me text messages telling me where I’m at everyday so I like that.

Way too expensive. My friend has an apartment and is home way more than me using electricity and pays less than HALF of what I am paying monthly. It’s ridiculous. My sisters 3 bedroom 2000sq ft house pays about the same as me for a 2bedroom 700sq ft APARTMENT. That’s insane. Don’t do it. Can’t wait to be out of this contract!

This can be extremely concerning to any customer and is understandable. Please keep in mind that there are many environmental factors that can result in a difference between one residence and the next… insulation, windows, & shade trees are some of these. The main one is the age and efficiency rating of your HVAC system . Sadly , apartment complexes don’t periodically change out AC units just to help tenants lower costs. It’s not unusual for a complex to have units that are 20-30 years old instead of new energy efficient units. You may also audit your usage by registering free of charge at www.smartmetertexas.com. You may do this through your MyAccount Portal . Payless Power is in alignment with its KWH rates with all major competitors . Wholesale prices have been at record rates through the year and specifically over the summer. This means that you should see some price relief upon your contract renewal.
