This company is not good I had this company for a year now they charge you even if your disconnect . The guy I was talking to seem to have gotten upset when I asked him why are they still charging me if my account was disconnected he kept saying ma’am we are charging you for the service , when my account was disconnected it was a -0.39 an that was on a Monday by Thursday my account still disconnected now it says -35.67 how ?? You guys are getting over on people an that’s not right some people actually can’t get a regular light company an you guys are preying on people like that….
Response: Thank you Sasha for your feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that Payless Power bills 2 days in arrears. For example if your services were disconnected on Monday we still have to bill you for usage that was consumed on Saturday & Sunday. Now if services remain disconnected a daily fee of $0.75 + city sales tax is billed only no usage. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at 888-963-9363. Love these people and how easy it is to work with them. I would never do anything different if it was up to me. Additionally, it’s clear to see how much we are being ripped off by other electric companies and smart meters.

This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month.
