I have been with Payless Power for over a year I have just moved and have taken it with me it is cheap and convenient I can look anytime to monitor my usage and on a fixed income that is a lot of worries boff my shoulders

Paid for services still didn’t get any no stars
Response: Ms Finley- Your review states that you paid to activate your service but you still do not have power so we get a zero star rating. This is a very serious situation and we can definitely see why you would feel that way . We show that your order was sent and accepted by Oncor so there are a couple of things that could be wring . There could be an issue with the breakers or even possibly an incorrect address. Our records show that this review was the first time that the issue was reported so a supervisor is calling you immediately to research the problems and take steps to energize your apartment as quickly as possible.
