Went to try to switch light companies today and they say its a switch hold but how when ive paid off the payment plan like its crazy

People shouldn’t be charged if they can’t pay a minimum of $150.00. That’s just ridiculous for a person who don’t have that kinda money.
Response: Ms Primus- Your comments state that that people should not be charged for not being able to pay $150. That is understandable and that’s whey we have multiple plans that approach they minimum payment fee differently. You can also avoid the fee and make payments as small as $40 by enrolling in autopay . Call us at 888 963 9363 for more information or sign up for and manage autopay on your My Account portal.
