I never thought a pre paid electric company could be so easy to monitor and manage on a budget but HELLO! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! It’s so simple! Following the tips to save on electric and using basic common sense, I do believe I can keep my bill under 100 even during the summer months.

I like the was they take care of the customers but also give them opportunities to have free connections with the draws for like $100 towards their bills. There’s also state aid in utility and so much more!!

Hello-I have been through a lot of different and difficult companies that where too much to keep attention and understand why my energy go up and down and on how my smart meter runs and work over all its been easy to keep paid they also help you to NOT to forget your balance and your negative credit so that’s A BIG DIFFERENT FOR ME AND IT HAS HELP ME TO IN PROVE THE WAY I CONTROL IT AT A LEVELED……….Thanks Payless Power

This is the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with in years. I own a property and needed to get electrical service temporarily when a tenant moved out so that the pipes would not freeze during the winter storm. The Customer Service Representative said it would be no problem and that all I had to do was call once I had a new tenant and I would not be charged the cancellation fee. I did that and then they said I had to email in a signed lease. I did that and then they claimed that they could not open it, but another rep sent an email stating that I was not listed as the tenant so they could clearly read the pdf I sent. Of course I am not listed as the tenant because I am the landlord! They now claim they cannot refund my money because I am not the current tenant. The people are corrupt crooks I and highly recommend you avoid them. I plan to fight this all the way on the principle of the matter!

Going forward , please review the contract terms including early termination fee before committing to a contract. Your best bet would be to select a pre-paid provider that offers variable rates as these do not have contracts.
