I lied it when I first opened my account 3 months later my bill doubled on me I honestly don’t know how it happened but I think other companies were cheaper than this.

Response: Hi Karolynn, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hear your concern about seeing your bill increase after a few months, and it makes sense that this would catch your attention—especially when you’re comparing options and trying to understand what changed. Bills can shift based on the number of kWh used, and with the colder weather recently, many customers have seen higher usage from running their heaters since heaters consume a significant amount of electricity. Our pricing remains competitive and can be compared with other providers anytime at powertochoose.org. If you’d like, our Customer Care Team can walk through your bill with you step‑by‑step to help pinpoint exactly where the increase came from and ensure everything aligns with your plan. You can reach us at 1‑888‑963‑9363, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re here to help you feel confident in your service and understand your usage moving forward. Very easy to set up. We’ll see how quickly it’s turned on, though: THEN I will update my rating

Response: Hi Sherri, Thank you for sharing your experience so far. I hear that the setup process went smoothly for you, and you’re now watching to see how quickly the service is turned on. It makes sense that timing matters, especially when you’re planning around the connection window. To help set expectations, connections usually take 4–6 hours depending on the current workload of the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider. When payments are made before 6:00 PM, they’re typically completed the same day. Published on January 19, 2026
