I would not give this company half a star. They absolutely suck if you’re looking for power do not go to pay less power.

Terrible service after hours. It’s not convenient at all when you can’t talk to anyone because you can’t log in. I hate the experience I will be switching as soon as possible

This will be my second year with them July 14. Your service is great. I don’t really ever have problems. If there is an inconvenience they send out emails and let us know. I’m satisfied.

Like that they message you when your low. The only thing I don’t like that you have to pay more than your negative balance if and when it gets that way . Other than that I think it’s a reasonable price also depends on how much you use during the day and night .

In order to avoid a disconnection or initiate a reconnection of your services, Payless Power requires customers to pay an amount that will bring your balance to a positive $20 balance. Whether you live in a large city or small town, Payless Power can save you money on your Texas electricity. We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
