I have been a customer with payless power for over a month and generally enjoy the service and process. I did encounter an issue in the first month, where the daily email for my account balance did not go through, it was sent to me for about 3 days and stopped completely, which contributed to me forgetting about the payment and power got cut off in a summer day 🙁 it somehow got fixed and emails started to come through in this past weeks, and my experience has been wonderful with this company.
