Said no depositely and I had to put money on there in the hospital so I had to do it because my dog at home and then it’s prepaid why would I have a cancellation fee after 6 months that’s so stupid

We understand you may have concerns with your plan details, and may need clarifications on your services, which we would be happy to provide. Keep in mind that Payless Power is a prepaid electricity service, so we do not require a deposit like a post-paid (monthly billing) company. The initial payment that we require is your starting balance for your prepaid services. In regards to the Early Termination Fee, both of our 6 and 12 month prepaid plans are contracted plans with a $99 Early Termination Fee. *Same-day connection is available Monday through Saturday when you fund your account before 6:00 PM. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company. Connection times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to meter issues, switch holds, system outages, or weather. Our support team is always standing by to help.
