Very easy to set up. We’ll see how quickly it’s turned on, though: THEN I will update my rating

Response: Hi Sherri, Thank you for sharing your experience so far. I hear that the setup process went smoothly for you, and you’re now watching to see how quickly the service is turned on. It makes sense that timing matters, especially when you’re planning around the connection window. To help set expectations, connections usually take 4–6 hours depending on the current workload of the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider. When payments are made before 6:00 PM, they’re typically completed the same day. Published on January 19, 2026

K/w is outrages right now

Response: Hi Kyle, Thank you for sharing your concern. I understand how frustrating it can be when power issues disrupt your day, and it’s important to have clear information during these situations. Outages are typically managed by your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP), so I recommend checking their outage map or contacting them directly for the most accurate details and estimated restoration times. If you need help finding your TDSP or their contact information, let us know by reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-888-963-9363 during standard business hours which are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
