Response: We appreciate you for your feedback, Vanessa. We know you may have concerns with your recent electricity charges and billing, and know it can be frustrating if you don't understand your charges. Payless Power charges you for the amount of electricity you used two days prior. We always include this amount on the daily billing notification we send out each morning. If your home uses more electricity, the more you will receive in billing. Our 6 and 12-month plans are at a fixed rate, meaning that what Payless Power charges you per kWh does not fluctuate.
