Though I don’t like having to pay every 4 days or so in advance for my Electricity Service and still think my rates are too high per klwh because my bills are running over $150 a month while I’m practically sitting in the dark at home 24/7 because I’m Elderly/Disasbled, the payment process has been relevantly easy through my text message and email notices without having to download the App so far. Now if only I could get my rates reduced because I’m on a fixed income and unable to survive from month to month and my total bill to around $75 I’d be a very happy customer and would continue with Payless Power indefinitely. The pay-as-you-go plan is shockingly similar to the electric meters in apartments in London back in the ’60s and ’70s, where you had to put money in every few hours, or your power went off. Why can’t you guys bill monthly like everyone else does? This constant texting and e-mailing to pay the bill is an outdated concept. Thankfully, this won’t last long for me. an

Payless Power provides pre-paid services so you can better track and manage your electricity consumption and billing, as opposed to a sudden single bill every month. Daily text and email notifications are sent to inform customers of the power they consumed, as well as to stay on top of their overall account balances.
