I only called to find out about prices, and they created a new account for me, without my previous authorization. I finished the conversation by telling the salesman that the rate he was offering me is higher than the one I already have. This salesman (Mr. Rudy), deceptive, only to get a commission, evidently had already created an account for me. I even got an email and a text message saying “welcome” and giving me my account number. A disaster! So not serious and so unprofessional!

My power just got shut off for non payment today thought that all disconnections was halted for six months
Response: Brian, You will have to register for the Electricity relief program to protect accounts up until the state emergency is lifted. As we advise in the messages on how to enroll. Due to not having this active on your account a disconnection was sent.
