I love being with Payless power I’ve been with him for years but during this covid-19 pandemic I got turned off today and I don’t understand why whenever I signed up with the covid-19 electric relieved to where I’m not supposed to get cut off and get I still got cut off and I tried calling and I can’t get ahold of anybody and they never called me back…. I should not be turned off during this extremely hard time cause of the covid19

I love this electrical provider. Most of us live paycheck to paycheck. Paying small amounts whenever its needed is less stressful than a huge bill all at one time. Since I’ve been with this electrical provider my energy use and total monthly payments have been half of what i was paying. I would recommend this electrical provider highly.

Service is fast and payments are flexible. I’m using them for a rental property which I did not want to sign a contract while I find a new tenant so far I’ve had them for a month and I have not had any issues at all.

At first I wasn’t sure about using a prepaid company, but I am very pleased with the service. I recommend anyone to just try it.
