I can’t login to make a payment , I’ve messaged this company several times with absolutely zero response. There is something wrong with your website, and noone will help.

Your rates keep switching up. This is a rip off! I don’t know how you all are getting away with doing us like that. I’m not pleased with your company at all! 👎 This isn’t right!
Response: Demarion- Your comments show that you feel that your rates are changing and that you cannot keep up. After reviewing your charges over the past few days , I can certainly understand why you would be concerned. You saw a very sharp increase in your daily charges during the latest winter storm but this was not because of your rate… it was due to a very big increase in your usage. Please keep in mind that you are under a fixed rate so the price per KWH will not increase. However, severe cold weather will cause your heater to run nonstop for days even if you don’t touch the thermostat. You can review your usage on an hourly, daily or weekly basis on your My Account portal and if you also register at www.smartmetertexas.com you can confirm that we are billing you for what your meter is reporting. 888 963 9363 Published on February 06, 2023
