So far so good. I was apprehensive in starting with prepaid power but I actually feel like I have more control over my expenses doing it this way. And the small increase in the rate hasn’t seemed to affect my bill at all. Thank you!

I have no problem with payless power. The problem is that not all communities ate treated equal. The more prominent Community are experiencing less power outages. And another thought is that we all have our air conditioners in the summer blasting at 220 vote yet a lot of us use gas electricity usage or consumption is less but yet y’all can’t keep up with it now I just don’t understand

Our employees are in the same boat as you . Many have been without for days while other have power for short periods during the day before being disconnected for longer periods. Still, you deserve answers so you may consider contacting the Oncor… your local Transmission and Distribution Utility at [email protected].
