Reasonable rate, electricity just like other normal corporation carrier. Daily usages notifications was a
plus, make it easy to manage the account and small pay payments as you go. It could be better if the reading just a day behind instead of two days. Sometimes auto payment services either via website or phone do not prompt the confirmations which you always have to check your bank account, than 15-20 minutes later the text messages of confirmation will arrived.

Well my only issue with this company is that ever since i moved homes my bill is of $10 dollars a day and i cant even keep my home warm we have to pass cold night because when i do turn on my heater the light bill comes too almost $25 dollars for a day. In my other home i payed $3 or less a day.
Response: Fernando - thank you for your comments. There are a lot of factors that cause electric usage to vary at different residences. Usually this is directly related to the age and efficiency of the heating/cooling system and the insulation at the home. Call us at 888-963-9363 at we can review the historical usage for the new house. We can see the monthly usage form the prior year to see if there are any trends that may point to the heater. Also, we can give you some tips regarding the best way to utilize the heater/AC unit.
Signed up because needed quick electricity . found Payless power website read reviews of course but it was the night before the move in date and still had no electricity set up. So I read on reviews was a bit skeptical but honestly . the next morning I got a text message saying service was active I was super surprised it was that fast. For as much as we use electricity consumption our price is very good I love the text messages letting me know about my account. We are very pleased. A little upset that I was never informed on the 70 or 75 deposit and you actually get 100$ in electricity . help me out on this please other that . I love Payless power.!!!!!
Response: Nellie - thank you for the kind remarks. Just to clarify, we don't require a deposit from customers but since our service is pre-paid you do have to put a payment of at least $40 to start your service. We do not hold that money as a deposit though. It is available for your immediate use.
Are Saturdays free?
Response: Hello - we currently do not offer free weekends. This is something that some companies advertise but in reality they charge a higher rate on week days to make up for their revenue loss on the weekends. Our billing is very straightforward. We provide a good rate 7 days per week and if you can manage to keep a balance of $25 or more we will discount that rate by 3.5 cents. It's that simple!

Great customer service. Easy to use and make payments. The only complaint I have is I wish they took American Express cards. I had to get a separate card just for them and sometimes its a hassle when all my money is on my american express. Other than that no complaints or problems.
