Response: Hi Cassandra for you feedback, it's greatly appreciated. Yes ma'am we have ways on lowering the KWH rate, if you always maintain a balance of $35 or more in the account so you can continue to receive our 20% Flex Pay discount. Also if you use more than 17 kwh a day there is between 0.50-0.75 cents discount depending of the TDSP that is in your area. if you have anymore questions please reach out to our customer care dept 888-963-9363.
