It’s fairly affordable for me because I live alone, however, when the heat or AC is used it’s awfully expensive. Lord forbid a visitor comes to see me and the air conditioner is turned on. It’s the service representatives that make the service so pleasant.

Would like to have updated texts. Right now it is showing amounts from 2 days prior.

Yes ma'am our text messages are updated it's just with us being a prepaid service we only have 2 days to get the meter reads from the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (Oncor) our billing is always going to be 2 days prior,but your balance on the account will always be actual once billing goes out.
