The online payment thing s very easy.. the only thing that is a bummer about the new system for Payless power is they don’t send out the daily usage like they used to. Now it’s just the amount. And sometimes that doesn’t come thru.. the old system was WAY better and easier… at first it was way to confusing. . I almost changed due to that but thank goodness I figured it out..
Response: Thank you so much for the Four Star Review. We think in the long run the new system will provide a much better experience, but even we had a rough time with the transition. I know that our messaging only says KW usage and the cost now, but the Online portal has a more in depth break down than even old system did. The change over was easy no problems, I called in to ask about the rates it seems like I’m paying more they were very helpful in explaining the rates. I get a daily report of my balance and reminders when I get below my prepaid amount balance, so I’m happy.
